Custom Design Process:

·      Submit your design idea.

·      Receive a quote.

·      Confirm your design.

·      Pay for your order.

·      Your design is sent for coding.

·      Receive a test stitched photo of your design.

·      Verify the design size, placement and thread colours.

·      Confirm your order.

·      Your order is now stitched.

Your items may take up to up to 1 week  in production, and as soon as they are shipped you will get a shipment notification sent to your email with a tracking number! (If you are ordering off of etsy, they do not take contact information. You can send me a message through etsy with your email and I can sign you up for tracking updates on your order! Otherwise, you will be provided with a tracking number when your order is complete. If you are ordering custom locally, send a message through the Contact page for an exact estimate for when your order will be done!

Yes! We do international shipping worldwide. For a custom order and shipping estimate, you can send us a message through the Contact page.

Refund Policy:

If an order is cancelled at any stage after the design is confirmed, 50% of your order price will be charged. Once your order is confirmed, there are NO REFUNDS.

 Our sizing is leaning towards a baggy / street-style fit. The materials used are unisex sizes for the crewnecks, hoodies, long sleeves, and t-shirts. If you would like something on the website or a cusotm order done on a women's or child style garment etc, you can send a message through the Contact page to change it! Wondering what your size is?
